# L30 — Project 3 Presentations

<p class="block-synopsis">Block 3 closes with your results. Each group briefs its signature trade study to the design review, HW3 comes due, and Quiz 3 checks that the block's physics stuck.</p>

## Presentation logistics

- **10 minutes** of group results presentation plus **5 minutes of Q&A**.
- **Every member speaks.**
- **Slides (PDF) and code are due before class starts.** Late deliverables require coordination at least 24 hours in advance; non-coordinated late submissions receive a zero.
- The audience is the design review: lead with the recommended package, then defend it with the loudest-band story — which band limits, where the limiter jumps as you invest, and why your package beats the obvious X-band-RAM buy within the same budget.
- **Innovation bonus:** up to **+5%** for analysis or visualization that goes meaningfully beyond the tasking — an aspect heat map, a threat-conditioned kill probability, a full budget search. See the handout.

## Also due today

- **HW3 — Signatures and IR EW** is due at the **start of class**. Individual work; see [HW3](HW3.md).
- **Quiz 3** is taken **in class**: open book, **15 minutes**, individual. It covers your project work and the Block 3 topics (L21–L28). If you did the project honestly, the quiz is a victory lap.

## What's next

Block 3 is complete: you can read the infrared spectrum, defeat a seeker, shape and treat an airframe's radar cross-section, and fuse every band into one loudest-band budget. **Block 4 — Aircraft Survivability and Mission Planning** integrates the whole toolkit — low observability, electronic warfare, and tactics — into a survivable mission against a modern integrated air-defense system. *(Coming soon.)*
